So they say, when you meet someone when you are in your teens, it is too early, because you will age and in the end inevitably become different people. You are supposed to find the right person, when you are mature enough to know what will work.
While this works (happy to say that it really does), I cannot help but notice, that with some people, even when you don't see them often or sometimes almost not at all, over the years, they age to be more similar to you rather than less. It may be accidental, it may even be caused precisely by the fact that they don't really know you anymore. Yet, somehow, it happens and makes you wonder.
