So another big step towards adulthood was made. I handed in my diploma thesis. Could have been better, could have been worse. I also need to move within the next two weeks, study for my states exam and work full-time in a lab I am leaving at the end of the month. No worries, no pressure...
In the world where geopolitical landscapes undergoing an earthquake, it occurred to me that my plans might not be as long-term as I would have liked them to be. My life will be shaped by the decisions of Mr. Putin and Mr. Obama and Mrs. Merkel and many others.
The graduates in Europe have been facing uncertain future for past 6 years. It was because of the economic crisis. Are we now moving into a world where the uncertainity stems from war?
